I’ll prepare showing instructions for Realtors, obtain current mortgagee information, verify homeowner association information and I’ll research water, sewer, electric and oil or gas utility information. I’ll arrange for well test and arrange for septic inspection. I’ll prepare a list of property amenities, prepare a list of inclusions and exclusions, compile a list of completed repair/maintenance items, and I’ll review benefits of a home warranty. I’ll provide a lock box for showings. I’ll make copies of any rental agreements. I’ll verify rents and deposits. I’ll arrange for installation of yard sign.
